Health Benefits
Grass-fed, organic ghee or butter (the kind that is very yellow without food dye) and nourishing coconut oil contain stable, healthy saturated fats that soothe your nerves and help protect your stomach lining from acidic coffee.
The ghee or butter is rich in Vitamin A, which is a key for adrenal and thyroid health.
Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants, but only recommended on occasion in Ayurveda. Bulletproof / Body-Kind Coffee is one of the few ways that Vata-types can safely enjoy a cup of coffee without getting over-stressed and depleting their adrenals.
Cacao Butter is full of healthy fats, nutrients, and antioxidants, and helps balance mood regulating hormones.
Thieves Essential Oil blend contains clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus, and rosemary. This powerful antiviral and antiseptic combo can fight illness and infections.
Peppermint Essential Oil has historically been used for digestive and breathing issues and to combat headaches.
ENJOY!
