My Bio

I meditate and practice yoga every day and it helps reduce my chronic pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia, but it also speaks to my soul. Because of these benefits, I want to help others find peace and healing through the practice of yoga. I began my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in March 2018 with YogaSpirit®.

My previous training background includes group and one-on-one corporate classroom training where I logged more teaching hours than I can calculate. I also taught two years of youth swim lessons at the YMCA.

Currently I teach 1st Time Homebuyer Classes through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
