PeridotPurple’s variation on bulletproof / body-kind coffee
This Bulletproof Body-Wise Peppermint Spiced Mocha is a healthy variation that’s perfect for the holiday season.
- 2 TBS course ground coffee
- 12 oz boiling water
- 1 TBS Cacao Butter
- 1 TBS Coconut Oil
- 1 TBS Ghee or Butter
- 3 Drops Thieves Essential Oil
- 1-3 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 1 Packet Stevia
Brew coffee in French press as you gather and add all remaining ingredients to a large wide mouthed mason jar. (You can also use 12 oz of drip brewed coffee)
Pour brewed coffee into jar and blend for several seconds with an immersion blender.
Grass-fed, organic ghee or butter (the kind that is very yellow without food dye) and nourishing coconut oil contain stable, healthy saturated fats that soothe your nerves and help protect your stomach lining from acidic coffee.
